Return Policy:
- 30-Day Returns: You can return any item purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and documentation.
- Process: Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.
Cancellations:
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. If you wish to cancel after your order has been shipped, please wait to receive the item and initiate a return.
- Custom Orders: Customized items cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
